Simulation Analysis of Temperature Field in cold cycle of valve

Chase Valve took the lead in investing in the development of China's first set of low-temperature valve real-life simulation equipment, which was officially started in June 2018.
The set of simulation equipment subversively realizes the true state test verification mode of the cryogenic valve, accurately simulates and analyzes. At present, in the LNG working condition, the stem of the low temperature valve is generally icing or frosting, and the valve is circumvented. After the site installation, the valve is ineffective due to icing, and serious accidents such as leakage of the medium occur. The equipment can truly and comprehensively reflect the comprehensive performance of the cryogenic valve, intuitively display the flow control status of the low temperature medium and provide a relatively practical verification platform for pipeline construction and installation under different working conditions.
